At Neighbourhood Inspections we use As4349.0-1 as a guide to carry out our pre-purchase inspections. This standard is considered by the courts to be industry best practice. The standard provides us with a scope of works and defines what we are actually inspecting for and what the standard inspection does not cover. Part of this the standard requires that we enter into and Agreement with our clients, this agreement sets out the scope of the report what we do for you and our responsibilities IT IS A REQUIREMENT OF ALL OUR CLIENTS  to read the agreement and return it to NIS
